We’re looking for an A+ AE. The kind of Account Executive who can pump up their pipeline with new SMB customers, never lets a little objection or two stand in their way, and can close, close, CLOSE. A person who is confident, curious, and, most importantly, coachable, because at Proposify we’re all on a journey of optimization, both personally and professionally.

In addition to reporting to the Director of Sales, you will join a team that is invested in your future, provides training, coaching, and career path development. Our sales team works together to test new ideas, one of our values is “Experiment Constantly” so we’re always open to trying new things - get ready to share your ideas!

Proposify is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia; but this is a remote position and we are welcoming applications across Canada.

What You’ll Do (and love doing):

  • Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Manage prospects from lead to close
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly

What We’ll Love About You:

  • Outbound prospecting experience
  • 6 months - 1 year+ of relevant experience closing companies with 50-500 employees
  • Previous SaaS experience
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment 
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Comfortable selling to VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders, navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization.
  • Sales technology experience (i.e Salesforce, Outreach.io, Gong.io)
